3. Appointment and Identification

4. Fees and Payment

6. Liability and Indemnification

7. Extended Refund Policy
We strive for complete client satisfaction. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion. The refund process is governed by the following conditions:
- Valid Reason: Refunds are granted only for documented errors in service delivery or failure to perform the agreed notarial act.
- Submission: Send a detailed request via our contact form, including your name, date of service, and reference number.
- Verification: We will review your request within 7 business days and may request additional documentation for verification.
- Resolution: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, an alternative method may be arranged.
- Non-Refundable Items: Administrative fees, expedited service surcharges, and government charges are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
By submitting a refund request, you consent to our evaluation procedures and timing. We reserve the right to refuse or offer a partial refund at our discretion if the above conditions are not met.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by the competent courts in Zürich, Switzerland.
